An essential, deep black stone, which has gained a special place in all of our memories. Pietra di Lavagna, interpreted by Coem, is a porcelain stoneware product offered in five finishes, all part of the natural stone’s processing: in addition to Smooth, the kind seen in the blackboards in schools - which can actually be written on with chalk - other varieties include Natural Cleft, Brushed, Sand-Blasted, and Bush-Hammered. Just as in nature, the color Black is transformed into varying degrees of Grey, depending on the reflections of the different finishes. The available sizes are 60x60/24”x24” and 30x60/12”x24” for all five finishes, as well as 30x30/12”x12” for Sand-Blasted and Bush-Hammered. The decorations are not limited by monochromatic, absolute black tones.
Quadretti and Pied De Poul are just two of the more appealing decorative possibilities, making this technical and elegant material even more versatile, lending itself to a contemporary style.
